In his workouts, Andy spends a few minutes walking you through the proper form for each move. Then he does the first set with you. Take a quick break between sets (or pump up your heart rate even more with short cardio bursts in between sets!). Repeat the circuit on your own for a total of 3-5 times. How many can you do?!
