1. Choose your liquid – make this the first thing you put into the blender to cover the wall and the blades for the process to kick-off properly. We've been enjoying using plain old water these days or chocolate almond milk.
2. Choose your Fruits and vegetable – whether you like an all-fruit smoothie, vegetable, or combo - that's ok! You can use frozen or fresh. Pineapple and spinach has been a go to lately.
3. Choose your Extras (if you want) – adding a little extra like won’t hurt your smoothie. In fact, they'll add flavor and depending on what you choose it'll add more nutrients. Try some hemp seeds!
4. Add some ice – to make it cooler and more refreshing.
