Recommendations: Not sure what workout to do? Our recommendations provide three workouts picked just for you each week. These workouts will help you reach your fitness goals!
Discovery: Have a type of workout in mind? Discovery is an easy way to browse all of our workouts. We've got over 300 workouts (and we add new ones daily). Discovery makes it simple to find the workout you are looking for.
Favorites: Easily revisit workouts you've loved, so you can do it again and again and again. Repetition is the key to a firm butt.
We've got a few other new features as well. We've partnered with Fitbit so now your MoveMeFit activity tracks seamlessly into your Fitbit dashboard. Don't have a Fitbit? That's okay, we can help you track your fitness goals. We now let you know how many calories you will burn during a workout, a custom number based on your body.
