This chart helps you understand what nutrients come from what foods based on the color of their skin. As more and more research is done, we're seeing more people recommend plant-based diets. If you're like me and taking that vegetarian plunge is one you're just not quite ready for, a great way to supplement is to eat a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables in conjunction with fewer red and processed meats.
Not only is a plant based diet good for your overall health and fitness, it's also shown to help prevent diseases like cancer. Some of the best foods for you are avocados, beans and other legumes, berries, rosemary, and mushrooms.

We're excited that you're taking this fitness journey with us and we hope that the access we bring helps you to achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
