Kari Anderson is the co-owner of The Seattle Gym (formerly ProRobics Conditioning Clubs) in Seattle, Washington. In addition to teaching capacity classes for over 30 years, she is an internationally recognized presenter giving instructor training workshops and classes worldwide. Kari has an extensive background in dance and athletics including being a National Gold Medalist in Synchronized Swimming and a scholarship student with The Joffrey Ballet in New York. Her perspective and talent for fitness training and choreography development are highly acclaimed in the fitness industry.
She was honored with IDEA 1993 Fitness Business Person of the Year, IDEA 1994 Fitness Instructor of the Year and ACE (American Council on Exercise) 2003 Fitness Director of the Year. She is also one of the top consumer exercise video personalities today with numerous video awards including “Video Workout of the Year” from several publications including SHAPE, SELF and HEALTH Magazines.

Power through this hump day with a full hour long Warrior workout with Leah Sarago and Suzanne Bowen that will challenge your total body with a fusion of strong, dynamic postural movements and isometric holds. Strengthen, sculpt, and lengthen the body with this intense, deep muscle workout. The exercises integrate simultaneous lower and upper body movements to elevate the heart rate and increase calorie burn. Warrior combines the core-focused mat work flows from planks to the 'can-can' to strengthen the upper body and entire core.
This workout offers modifications for all fitness levels, including prenatal options. The workout includes four segments: 30 minutes of standing work focused on the lower body, 12 minutes mat work of focused on arms and abs, 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of relaxation. Bernadette Giorgi's Attitude Tu Ballet and Pilates Fusion workout is a fun, challenging fusion class that is the next level in your conditioning! It is a graceful, dancers’ workout that starts with all-standing ballet exercises and ends with Pilates matwork. The first part of the workout features a series of traditional ballet exercises and barre work like pliés, relevés and cursey lunges that incorporate upper-body resistance band routines. Then it’s down on the floor for a mix of two Pilates styles: classic Pilates and Pilates intensified with a weighted ball. Light weights optional.
